PLANT MANAGER
- 1 POSITION OPEN
Job Summary: The Plant Manager will lead a modern workforce of 55 to 100 employees in a state of the art aerospace component factory.
The position has direct responsibility for all aspects of the manufacturing process and has access to real-time machine monitoring and machine metrics to aid them in their job.
The facilities list includes over 60 machine centers, heat treating, brazing, EDM, robotic manufacturing and finishing.
The employee base that the candidate will be leading is comprised of professional, well-paid, modern machinists, quality technicians and finishers.
Our company specializes in tight tolerance aerospace parts and assemblies and is also heavily involved in automation and collaborative robots.
The ideal candidate will possess:

Proven history of successful management of facilities and direct workforce required
-
Familiarity with machine tools: lathes, mills, grinders and related processes preferred

Knowledge of AS9100 standards and modern quality metrics preferred
Qualifications:

Five (5) years of experience in an industrial manufacturing setting required

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar preferred
CNC MILLING MACHINIST
- 2 POSITIONS OPEN (1st Shift and 2nd Shift)
Job Summary: The CNC Milling Machinist’s main
duty is to follow documented procedures, schedules, safety
practices and quality for the CNC Milling area.
This individual reports to the CNC Milling Supervisor.
Additional Responsibilities: Maintain an open line of
communication with supervision by providing relevant
information including but not limited to job improvements,
setup reductions, tooling and machine purchases and personnel
issues. Attend to alternate manufacturing duties as required
by departmental supervision or management.
Qualifications: Requires a high school diploma or its
equivalent. Completed apprenticeship and/or formal training in
the area of CNC Milling with the ability to set-up and debug
CNC programs with “G ” and “M” codes.
Must be proficient with operating the CNC Milling equipment
with a minimum of 4 years working experience in precision
manufacturing of close tolerance product in an ISO / Aerospace
quality system manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Lean
techniques preferred but not required.
CNC TURNING MACHINIST
- 2 POSITIONS OPEN (1st Shift and 2nd Shift)
Job Summary: The CNC Turning Machinist’s main
duty is to follow documented procedures, schedules, safety
practices and quality for the CNC Turning area.
This individual reports to the CNC Turning Supervisor.
Additional Responsibilities: Maintain an open line of
communication with supervision by providing relevant
information including but not limited to job improvements,
setup reductions, tooling and machine purchases and personnel

Job Summary: The CNC Turning Swiss Machinist main
duty is to follow documented procedures, schedules, safety
practices and quality for the CNC Turning Swiss area. This
individual reports to the Production Supervisor.
Additional Responsibilities: Maintain an open line of
communication with supervision by providing relevant
information including but not limited to job improvements,
setup reductions, tooling and machine purchases and personnel
issues. Attend to alternate manufacturing duties as required
by departmental supervision or management.
Qualifications: Requires a high school diploma or its
equivalent. Completed apprenticeship and/or formal training in
the area of CNC Turning with the ability to set-up and debug
CNC programs. Must be proficient with operating the CNC
Turning equipment with a minimum of 4 years working experience
in precision manufacturing of close tolerance product in an
ISO / Aerospace quality system manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Lean techniques preferred but not required.
CNC GRINDING MACHINIST (Entry-Level)
- 2 POSITIONS OPEN (1st Shift and 2nd Shift)
Job Summary: Primary responsibilities include the
inspection and measurement of parts to determine conformance
to specifications through the use of precision measuring
equipment, as well as setup and operation of ID and OD
grinding machines.
Qualifications: Must possess good mechanical aptitude
and know how to read blueprints.
CNC GRINDING MACHINIST
- 2 POSITIONS OPEN (1st Shift and 2nd Shift)
Job Summary: Primary responsibilities include setup
and operation of the machines.
Qualifications: Must be proficient with operating and
setting up the CNC Grinding equipment and have a basic
understanding of ID and OD grinding.
FINISHING DEPARTMENT
- 1st Shift
Job Summary: Primary responsibilities include
following quality standards on a consistent basis to ensure
the parts are ready for the customer.
Qualifications: Must be proficient in the use of
handheld precision air grinders and other small
deburring/polishing tools.
WIRE EDM MACHINIST
- 1 POSITION OPEN (1st Shift)
Job Summary: The Wire EDM Machinist will setup and
operate wire EDM’s.
Additional Responsibilities: Other CNC experience
with operating a mill or lathe is a plus.
Qualifications: Requires a high school diploma or its
equivalent. Prior Wire EDM experience is required.
